A great many portals ask for a PDF even when all you have is a photograph of a certificate or a mark sheet. This tool turns one picture, or a set of them, into a single PDF with one picture on each page.

Add the images in the order you want them to appear, choose a page size and press the button. A4 is the standard page size in India and the right choice for anything that may be printed. "Fit the page to each picture" instead makes every page exactly the shape of its image, which avoids white margins but gives a document with uneven pages.

The margin setting controls the white border. Around 10 mm is sensible for something that might be printed, since most printers cannot print right to the edge of the paper.

The whole PDF is assembled inside your browser. The pictures are never uploaded, which matters when the pages are certificates or identity documents. If the finished PDF is too large for the portal, compress the images first and build the PDF again.

Questions

Can I put several photos into one PDF?

Yes. Add them all and each becomes a page, in the order you added them.

Which page size should I choose?

A4 for anything that might be printed, which is almost everything in India. Choose "fit the page to each picture" only if you want no margins and do not mind uneven page sizes.

My PDF is too large to upload.

The size comes from the photographs inside it. Compress them first with one of the KB compressors, then build the PDF again from the smaller images.

Are my certificates uploaded anywhere?

No. The PDF is built inside your own browser. The images never leave your device.

Is this tool free?

Yes. Every tool here is free, and you do not need an account, an email address or a phone number.

Is my file uploaded to your server?

No. This tool runs inside your own browser, so the file never leaves your phone or computer. Once the page has loaded you can even switch off your internet connection and the tool will still work.

Which files can I use?

This tool accepts JPG, PNG and WebP. The largest file it will take is 25 MB.
