What happens next
- Before requesting deletion — download any completed applications and documents you wish to keep. Account deletion may be permanent.
- Identity verification — we may ask you to verify control of the registered email or account.
- Processing — verified requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period. You will be contacted if more information is needed.
What may be retained
Transaction, tax, fraud-prevention, dispute and legal-compliance records may be retained when required by law or legitimate business obligations.
Prefer to keep the account?
You can remove individual documents from your Customer Dashboard, unless they are required for an active application.
